Daten löschen ohne Account-Löschung
Du musst nicht den gesamten Account löschen. In derselben Gefahrenzone kannst du auch nur einzelne Datentypen entfernen:
- Alle Charts löschen
- Alle Chats löschen
- Alle Sprach-Chats löschen
- Alle Interpretationen löschen
- Alle Partnervergleiche löschen
- Alle Prashna-Anfragen löschen
Dein Account und deine Käufe bleiben dabei erhalten.
So löschst du dein Konto
Öffne die App oder die Web-Version (jyotish.kundli.de) → tippe auf den Profil-Tab unten rechts → scrolle im Dashboard nach unten zur Gefahrenzone → tippe auf „Konto löschen" → bestätige die Löschung.
Achtung: Die Löschung ist sofort und unwiderruflich. Alle Daten werden dauerhaft entfernt und können nicht wiederhergestellt werden.
Was wird sofort gelöscht
- Benutzerprofil und Kontoeinstellungen
- Alle gespeicherten Charts und Geburts-Charts (Kundlis)
- Chat-Verläufe und Nachrichten
- Chat-Embeddings (semantische Suche)
- KI-Interpretationen und Tageshoroskop-Cache
- Tägliche KI-Nutzungsstatistiken
- Voice-Chat-Nutzungsdaten
- Spracheingabe-Statistiken
- Partnervergleiche (Synastrie)
- Varshaphal-Charts (Jahres-Charts)
- Guthaben- und Transaktionshistorie (intern)
- Feature-Nutzungsstatistiken
- Lokaler Offline-Cache (Browser-Speicher / App-Speicher)
- Authentifizierungsdaten (Login-Konto)
Was aufbewahrt wird
- Stripe-Zahlungsbelege: Werden von Stripe gemäß gesetzlicher Aufbewahrungspflichten verwaltet (bis zu 10 Jahre, gemäß §14b UStG / §147 AO — deutsche steuerrechtliche Aufbewahrungspflichten). Diese Daten liegen bei Stripe und sind nicht unter unserer Kontrolle löschbar.
- RevenueCat-Kaufbelege (iOS): Werden von Apple bzw. RevenueCat verwaltet und unterliegen deren Datenschutzrichtlinien.
- Anonymisierte Server-Logs: Werden automatisch nach 30 Tagen gelöscht. Enthalten keine personenbezogenen Daten.
Zeitrahmen
Die Löschung erfolgt sofort beim Tippen auf „Konto löschen" in der App. Dein Account und alle zugeordneten Daten sind direkt entfernt; eine Anmeldung ist danach nicht mehr möglich.

Delete data without deleting your account
You don't have to delete your entire account. In the same Danger Zone, you can also remove individual data types:
- Delete all charts
- Delete all chats
- Delete all voice chats
- Delete all interpretations
- Delete all partner comparisons
- Delete all Prashna queries
Your account and your purchases will be preserved.
How to delete your account
Open the app or the web version (jyotish.kundli.de) → tap the Profile tab at the bottom right → scroll down in the Dashboard to the Danger Zone → tap "Delete Account" → confirm the deletion.
Warning: Deletion is immediate and irreversible. All data will be permanently removed and cannot be recovered.
What is deleted immediately
- User profile and account settings
- All saved charts and birth charts (Kundlis)
- Chat conversations and messages
- Chat embeddings (semantic search data)
- AI interpretations and daily horoscope cache
- Daily AI usage statistics
- Voice chat usage data
- Speech input statistics
- Partner comparisons (Synastry)
- Varshaphal charts (annual charts)
- Credit balance and internal transaction history
- Feature usage statistics
- Local offline cache (browser storage / app storage)
- Authentication data (login account)
What is retained
- Stripe payment receipts: Managed by Stripe in accordance with legal retention requirements (up to 10 years per German tax law — §14b UStG / §147 AO). This data is held by Stripe and cannot be deleted by us.
- RevenueCat purchase receipts (iOS): Managed by Apple and RevenueCat, subject to their respective privacy policies.
- Anonymized server logs: Automatically deleted after 30 days. These contain no personally identifiable information.
Timeframe
Deletion is immediate when you tap "Delete Account" in the app. Your account and all associated data are removed instantly; sign-in is no longer possible afterwards.

ऐप या वेब संस्करण (jyotish.kundli.de) खोलें → नीचे दाईं ओर प्रोफ़ाइल टैब पर टैप करें → डैशबोर्ड में नीचे खतरा क्षेत्र तक स्क्रॉल करें → "खाता हटाएं" पर टैप करें → हटाने की पुष्टि करें।
चेतावनी: हटाना तुरंत और अपरिवर्तनीय है। सभी डेटा स्थायी रूप से हटा दिया जाएगा और पुनर्प्राप्त नहीं किया जा सकता।

क्या रखा जाता है
- Stripe भुगतान रसीदें: Stripe द्वारा कानूनी प्रतिधारण आवश्यकताओं के अनुसार प्रबंधित (जर्मन कर कानून के अनुसार 10 वर्ष तक — §14b UStG / §147 AO)। यह डेटा Stripe के पास है और हमारे द्वारा हटाया नहीं जा सकता।
- RevenueCat खरीद रसीदें (iOS): Apple और RevenueCat द्वारा प्रबंधित, उनकी संबंधित गोपनीयता नीतियों के अधीन।

समय सीमा
ऐप में "खाता हटाएं" पर टैप करने पर हटाना तुरंत होता है। आपका खाता और सभी संबंधित डेटा तुरंत हटा दिए जाते हैं; इसके बाद साइन-इन संभव नहीं है।
