Die Jyotish App erhebt und verarbeitet folgende Daten, die du freiwillig eingibst:
Geburtsdaten werden ausschließlich lokal auf deinem Gerät gespeichert (localStorage) und niemals an unsere Server übermittelt. Chat-Nachrichten werden zur Verarbeitung an die Anthropic API gesendet (siehe Abschnitt 3a).
Für die Berechnung der Planetenpositionen nutzt die App die Swiss Ephemeris (lokal auf dem Gerät). Die Berechnung erfolgt vollständig auf deinem Gerät — es werden keine astronomischen Daten an externe Server übermittelt.
Die App bietet einen optionalen KI-Chat und eine KI-gestützte Horoskop-Deutung. Bei Nutzung dieser Funktionen werden folgende Daten an die Anthropic Claude API (Anthropic, PBC, San Francisco, CA, USA) übermittelt:

Spracheingabe (Speech-to-Text): Wenn du den Sprachchat nutzt, wird deine Spracheingabe in Text umgewandelt. Dabei kommen zwei Verfahren zum Einsatz:
Zur Begrenzung von Missbrauch protokollieren wir die Anzahl der STT-Anfragen pro Benutzer-ID (Tabelle voice_stt_usage). Es werden keine Audioinhalte und keine Transkripte gespeichert.

Wichtig: Es werden ausschließlich die Texte der Antworten zur Sprachsynthese übermittelt — niemals persönliche Daten, Geburtsdaten oder Chart-Details. Die generierten Audiodaten werden nicht gespeichert und nach der Wiedergabe verworfen. Du kannst die Sprachausgabe jederzeit in den Stimm-Einstellungen auf die gerätebasierte Variante umstellen.

Die Nutzung von Supabase, Stripe, Anthropic, OpenAI, Google (Cloud TTS, Sign-In), Cloudflare, RevenueCat und TimeAPI.io kann eine Übermittlung personenbezogener Daten in die USA erfordern. Nominatim (OpenStreetMap) wird im Vereinigten Königreich gehostet, für das ein Angemessenheitsbeschluss der EU-Kommission besteht. Alle genannten USA-Dienstleister bieten angemessene Datenschutzgarantien gemäß Art. 46 DSGVO (Standardvertragsklauseln). Die Supabase-Datenbank selbst wird in der EU (Frankfurt) gehostet.

The Jyotish app collects and processes the following data that you voluntarily enter:
Birth data is stored exclusively on your device (localStorage) and is never transmitted to our servers. Chat messages are sent to the Anthropic API for processing (see Section 3a).
To calculate planetary positions, the app uses the Swiss Ephemeris (locally on the device). All calculations are performed entirely on your device — no astronomical data is transmitted to external servers.
The app offers an optional AI chat and AI-powered horoscope interpretation. When using these features, the following data is sent to the Anthropic Claude API (Anthropic, PBC, San Francisco, CA, USA):

Speech Input (Speech-to-Text): When you use voice chat, your speech is converted to text. Two methods are used:
To prevent misuse, we log the number of STT requests per user ID (voice_stt_usage table). No audio content or transcripts are stored.
Speech Output (Text-to-Speech):
Important: Only response texts are transmitted for speech synthesis — never personal data, birth details, or chart information. Generated audio is not stored and is discarded after playback. You can switch to device-based speech output at any time in the voice settings.
